Getting to grips with DMP-OPIDoR to create your data management plan
👤 The EcoDoR team
Writing a Data Management Plan can sometimes prove complex or even difficult. Fortunately, there are tools available to help you write a DMP. Based on the open source code DMPRoadmap (Digital Curation Centre, University of California Curation Center) and managed by the Inist-CNRS teams, DMP-OPIDoR is an intuitive and easy-to-use tool for drafting DMPs. Recommended by ANR and Recherche Data Gouv, it is the most widely used tool in the French-speaking community, and also has an English-language interface.
This webinar is designed to introduce you to the interface and the various sections of the DMP-OPIDoR tool.

🏛️ October 21, 2025 - 11am to 12pm
PGD entités, PGD pérennes, pour qui et pour quoi?
👤 Jean-François Dufayard
The PGD (Plan de Gestion des Données) exercise is constantly evolving. Beyond the project DMP, whose framework is a project limited in time, a more perennial exercise is emerging: the entity DMP. Unfortunately, this is a very generic term, encompassing a variety of very different contexts. Addressing the subject of entity SMPs raises many questions: which entities (platforms, units, etc.)? For which objectives? How can we distinguish an entity DMP from a data policy? What synergies are there with project DMPs, and between entity DMPs? What recommendations can be made to those wishing to draw up an entity DMP? We'll address all these questions interactively with the audience.
