On Monday, November 24, 2025, the Montpellier Botanical Institute—with its remarkable Art Deco architecture—will have the privilege of hosting thesecond professional meetingof the EcoDoR workshop!
This meeting, intended for all staff members at partner institutions responsible for providing scientific support for research data management, will serve as an opportunity toshare knowledge and best practicesregarding support for research data management andto foster exchangesamong partner institutions.
Hours: 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (coffee and refreshments available starting at 9:00 a.m.)

Presentation of the 2025–2026 Work Plan
Update on existing working groups:
- One-Stop Shop
- Support for the Development of Data Management Plans
- Training in Research Data Management
Launch of new working groups:
- Network of Data Liaisons/Contacts
- Leveraging Partner Datasets
- Best Practices for Electronic Lab Notebooks
And, of course, plenty of opportunities for participants to interact with one another.
A complimentary lunch buffet will be served at the end of the morning session.
