A Look Back at the EcoDoR Curathon – 1st Edition

The first edition of the EcoDoR Curathon brought together 19 participants and lived up to expectations by offering a clear and accessible introduction to data curation.
Through presentations, a group demonstration, and hands-on workshops using mock datasets, participants were able to learn the fundamentals, familiarize themselves with best practices, and experiment with the research.data.gouv curation grid.
The discussions, which were particularly rich and dynamic, fostered the sharing of experiences and reflection on curation policies.

This edition thus lays the groundwork for an event that is set to grow, with opportunities to delve deeper into participants’ real-world cases and the use of data.
